Loadout Refund Policy

What you get back, and when, for Loadout plans and credits.

One rule covers almost everything: within 14 days of a payment, you get back what you paid minus the credits you used from it, at 1 cent each. If you used nothing from it, you get the full amount back. After 14 days, payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep using what you paid for until the end of the period.

This policy is part of the Loadout Terms. It replaces the 30-day money-back guarantee in our general Terms and Conditions for Loadout purchases.

Why it works this way

Credits are what you buy, and every credit you spend pays for real data from our sources the moment a tool runs. So we refund what you haven't used, and charge only for what you have. It's the same rule for everyone, consumers and businesses.

What you get back

First Pro payment, monthly ($29)

Within 14 days: $29 minus the credits you used from it.

Example: you used 600 credits. 600 credits are $6.00, so you get $23.00 back.

Pro annual ($290), first payment or a renewal

Within 14 days of the payment: $290 minus the credits you used since that payment.

Example: you used 1,000 credits. 1,000 credits are $10.00, so you get $280.00 back.

We email you at least 7 days before each annual renewal, so you can cancel first if you don't want another year.

Monthly renewal

Within 7 days of the renewal, if you haven't used any credits since it: the full amount.

Example: you forgot to cancel and didn't use Loadout after the renewal. You get $29.00 back.

Top-ups

Within 14 days: the price minus the credits you used from that top-up.

Example: you bought 5,500 credits for $50 and used 1,000 of them. You get $40.00 back.

Free, bonus and offer credits

Free credits and bonus credits from offers (such as the founding offer, the Library member offer or seasonal offers) are never paid out as money. If the payment they came with is refunded, the bonus credits from it that are left are removed.

Failed and empty runs

These are refunded automatically, in credits, as soon as the run ends. If a run finds nothing, it costs nothing.

How we count credits used

Each credit in your balance comes from a specific payment (or from a free grant or offer). We use plan credits first, then your other credits, those that expire soonest first. When you ask for a refund, we count the credits spent from that payment. Ask us and we'll tell you the exact amount before you decide.

Amounts above are before tax. Any VAT or sales tax we charged on the payment is refunded in proportion to the amount refunded.

What happens to your credits after a refund

When we refund a payment, the credits left from that payment are removed. Credits from your other payments stay.

If you refund a Pro payment, your Pro plan ends and the remaining plan credits from that payment are removed. Top-up credits you bought separately stay until they expire.

Bad results

If a run gave you results that were clearly wrong or unusable, tell us. We'll look at it and, where it's fair, give you the credits for that run back. We don't refund money for credits already spent.

Limits

  • One refund per account under this policy. Further refunds are at our discretion.
  • Payment processing fees are on us. We don't deduct them from your refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@entrepedia.co from your account's email address and tell us which payment you want refunded. You don't have to give a reason.

We send the refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, this is also how you use your 14-day right to withdraw; see section 8 of the Loadout Terms.

Cancelling instead

You don't need a refund to stop paying. Cancel at any time in the billing portal (Credits page, then Manage billing). Pro continues to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Plan credits end with the plan; top-up and bonus credits stay until they expire.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. A dispute suspends your Loadout workspace and removes the credits that payment paid for while it is open. See section 10 of the Loadout Terms.
