Loadout Terms of Service

The terms for using Loadout, buying credits and the Pro plan.

These terms cover Loadout, the service that gives your AI apps business data tools, skills and playbooks through an MCP server at mcp.entrepedia.co. Please read them before you buy credits or a plan.

Loadout is provided by Infoproduct Systems s.r.o., Hellova 11/7, Košice 04011, Slovakia, ID No.: 55186033, registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic MS Košice, Section: Sro, File No.: 55913/V, which runs Entrepedia ("Entrepedia", "we", "us").

Contact e-mail: info@entrepedia.co

How these terms fit with our other terms

Loadout is part of Entrepedia, so our general Terms and Conditions also apply. These Loadout terms add to them. Where the two say different things about Loadout, these Loadout terms win.

In particular, the 30-day money-back guarantee and the contractual right of withdrawal in the general Terms and Conditions do not apply to Loadout. Refunds for Loadout follow the Loadout Refund Policy and section 8 below.

How we handle personal data in Loadout is described in the Loadout Privacy Notice, which adds to our main Privacy Policy.

1. What Loadout is

Loadout lets the AI apps you already use (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude Code or Codex) call our tools. The tools return business data, such as business listings, business contacts with checked email addresses, reviews, keyword data, AI search visibility, website scans, competitor ads and social media presence. Loadout also serves skills and playbooks: written methods your AI can follow.

Most tools cost credits. Some tools and all skills and playbooks are free.

Loadout is built for business use: finding and serving clients, researching markets and running your own business. If you use it as a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

2. Your account

You use Loadout with your Entrepedia account. Your Loadout workspace, credits and connected AI apps belong to that account. You must be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Everything done through your account, your connected AI apps and your API keys counts as done by you, including credits spent. Tell us straight away at info@entrepedia.co if you think someone else has access.

During early access we may limit who can create a Loadout workspace.

3. Connecting your AI apps

You can connect an AI app in two ways:

  • Sign-in (OAuth). Your AI app sends you to Entrepedia to sign in and approve the connection. You can disconnect it at any time on the Connect page in your Loadout dashboard.
  • API keys. You can create API keys for AI apps and tools that use them. We show each key once and store only a scrambled (hashed) version, so we can't show it to you again. Treat a key like a password. You can revoke a key at any time.

Your AI acts for you. Your AI app decides when to call our tools and what to send them. You are responsible for what your AI does with Loadout, for the credits it spends, and for what you or your AI do with the results. AI apps can make mistakes. Check important results before you rely on them or act on them, especially before you contact anyone.

To limit spending, you can set a daily spend cap in your dashboard.

Your AI app is a product of another company and is covered by that company's terms and privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible for how your AI app works or what it does with the information it gets from Loadout.

4. Credits

1 credit = 1 US cent. Credits are prepaid: you buy them before you use them. We never bill you afterwards for usage.

There are four kinds of credits:

  • Plan credits. Pro gives you 2,900 credits each month, on both monthly and annual billing. Unused plan credits roll over for one more month, so you can hold at most two months' worth (5,800) at a time. Plan credits expire at the end of the month after the month they were added. When your Pro plan ends, any plan credits you have left end too.
  • Top-up credits. You can buy extra credits while you have an active Pro plan. Top-up credits expire 12 months after you buy them. You keep them if you cancel Pro, until they expire.
  • Bonus credits. Credits from offers and promotions. They expire 12 months after we add them, unless the offer says something else (for example, founding bonus credits expire like plan credits).
  • Free credits. A one-off amount we give new accounts to try Loadout. They follow the rules for bonus credits.

We use plan credits first, then your other credits, those that expire soonest first.

Credits are not money. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or sold, and are not a deposit or electronic money. The only way to get money back for credits is under the Loadout Refund Policy. Expired credits can't be restored.

5. What a run costs

Before your AI runs a paid tool, Loadout gives it an estimate: "up to N credits".

  • The estimate is a ceiling. We reserve the estimate while the run works, and the final charge is never higher.
  • You pay for results delivered, not requested. If you ask for 100 businesses and we find 62, you pay for 62.
  • Empty results are free. If a run finds nothing, you pay nothing.
  • Failed runs are refunded in credits. If a run fails on our side or our data source's side, the reserved credits come back to your balance automatically. These refunds are in credits, not money.

Tool prices can change. The price in a run's estimate is the price for that run.

6. Pro plan

Pro costs $29 a month or $290 a year. Prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT or sales tax, which we add at checkout where it applies.

  • Automatic renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the then-current price, and we charge the payment method you gave us. It keeps renewing until you cancel.
  • Annual reminder. For annual plans we email you at least 7 days before each renewal, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Credits page, then Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro and its monthly credits continue to the end of the period you paid for, then stop. Cancelling on its own does not give you a refund; see section 8 for refunds.
  • Switching. Moving from monthly to annual takes effect straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your paid year.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment provider try again over the following days. Pro stays on while we retry, but no new plan credits are added until a payment succeeds. If the last try fails, the plan ends.
  • Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want to pay it, cancel before then.

7. Offers

Our offers always give bonus credits. They never lower the price of a plan.

Each offer shows its own conditions where we make it: how many credits, when they're added, who qualifies, any limit on the number of places and when it ends. Unless the offer says otherwise, each offer can be used once per account. Offers can be combined.

If a payment that came with an offer is refunded or disputed, we remove the bonus credits from that offer that are left. We can end an offer at any time; bonus credits already added stay, subject to these terms.

8. Refunds and your right to withdraw

The full rules and examples are in the Loadout Refund Policy. In short: within 14 days of a payment, you can get back what you paid minus the credits you used from it, at 1 cent each. If you used nothing from it, you get the full amount back.

For consumers in the EU and EEA. You have the right to withdraw from a contract for a digital service within 14 days. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away, during those 14 days. If you then withdraw, you pay for what you already received, which is the credits you used from that payment at 1 cent each, and we refund the rest. To withdraw, email info@entrepedia.co with a clear statement that you are withdrawing, or use the model withdrawal form in our general Terms and Conditions. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used.

The same refund rule applies to business customers, so there is one policy for everyone.

9. Payment and taxes

Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

We charge in US dollars. We add VAT or sales tax based on where you are. If you are a business in the EU outside Slovakia and give a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and we don't add VAT. You get a receipt or invoice for every payment.

10. Payment disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at info@entrepedia.co. We'll look at it quickly.

If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, we suspend your Loadout workspace and remove the credits that payment paid for while the dispute is open. If the dispute is settled in our favour, we restore your workspace and those credits. If it is settled in your favour, your workspace stays suspended until we have reviewed your account.

11. Acceptable use

You may use Loadout only for lawful purposes and only as these terms allow.

Lawful outreach only. Loadout can find business contacts, including names, job titles and email addresses. When you use them, you are the one contacting people, and you are responsible for following the law that applies to you and to them. That includes, where they apply:

  • the US CAN-SPAM Act: honest sender details and subject lines, your postal address, a working opt-out, and honouring opt-outs promptly;
  • the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR: a lawful basis for using each person's data (often legitimate interest, which you must assess), telling people where you got their data and how to object, and deleting data you no longer need;
  • the EU ePrivacy rules and national laws based on them (such as the UK PECR): in many countries you need prior consent before sending marketing email, especially to individuals and sole traders;
  • any other law on marketing, calls, messages and data protection in your country and theirs, such as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

You are the controller of personal data you take from Loadout and use for your own purposes.

You must not use Loadout to:

  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages that break the law, or messages that hide who you are;
  • resell, license or give away Loadout data as a dataset or list, or use it to build a competing database or data service (you may use results in your own work and in deliverables for your own clients);
  • scrape, copy or bulk-extract data from Loadout outside its normal tools, or get around credits, spend caps, rate limits or access controls, including by opening several free accounts;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, defame or intimidate anyone;
  • target private individuals in their private lives, or look up people for reasons unrelated to their business role;
  • make decisions about someone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar, or use Loadout as a consumer report under the US Fair Credit Reporting Act;
  • infer or collect sensitive data about people (such as health, religion, political views or sexual orientation);
  • impersonate anyone, mislead people about who you are, or run phishing or fraud;
  • break the terms of the platforms whose data you act on (for example, sending automated messages on a social network that forbids them);
  • probe, overload or attack our systems or those of our data sources.

If you break these rules, we may stop a run, revoke API keys and connections, suspend or close your workspace, and report illegal activity to the authorities. If we close your workspace because you broke these terms, you don't get a refund for unused credits, except where the law requires one.

12. Third-party data

Most Loadout data comes from other companies and public sources, such as business directories, search engines, review sites, ad libraries, public websites and data providers. We pass it on as is and as available, under the terms of the sources it comes from.

Data can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A business may have closed, a person may have changed jobs. An email marked as checked passed a check at the time of the run; that does not guarantee it will be delivered or that the person wants to hear from you. AI search results show what AI assistants answered at the time of the check and can differ the next time.

We don't guarantee that any data is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Check it before you rely on it. If a source places limits on how its data may be used, those limits apply to you too, and we may tell you about them in the results.

13. Skills and playbooks

Skills and playbooks are written methods for your AI. You may use them with your own AI apps for your own business and your work for clients. You may not sell, publish or redistribute their text as your own product.

They are general guidance, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and they don't promise any business result or income.

14. Your content and results

What you send. You keep all rights to what you or your AI send to Loadout, such as tool inputs and Business Brief text. You give us the right to use it to run the tools you ask for, keep your run history and support you. Don't send us data you aren't allowed to share, and don't send sensitive personal data.

Results. Subject to section 12 and these terms, you may use the results of your runs for any lawful purpose in your business, including deliverables for your clients.

Improving Loadout. We may use information about how Loadout is used (for example which tools run, how long they take, what they cost and whether they succeed) to run and improve the service. We don't sell your inputs or results.

15. Changes to Loadout

Loadout is a new product and will change. We may add, change, pause or remove tools, change data sources and change tool prices. Some features described on our site may come later; when we add them, we may add terms for them here.

We aim to keep Loadout available, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If we close Loadout for good, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of your current Pro payment and the unused top-up credits you paid for.

16. Ending your use

You can stop using Loadout at any time: disconnect your AI apps, revoke your API keys and cancel Pro. To delete your Loadout workspace, email info@entrepedia.co. Unused credits end when your workspace is deleted, except for any refund due under the Loadout Refund Policy.

We may suspend or close your workspace if you break these terms, if a payment is disputed (section 10), if we need to for security reasons, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and explain why.

17. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Within those limits:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data.
  • We are not liable for what your AI app does, for your outreach and how you use results, or for errors in third-party data (section 12).
  • Our total liability to you for Loadout is limited to the amount you paid us for Loadout in the 12 months before the claim.

If you use Loadout for business, you agree to cover us for claims, fines and costs that arise because you or your AI used Loadout or its results in breach of these terms or the law, including claims from people you contacted.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.

If you have a complaint, email info@entrepedia.co first. Consumers can also use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), as described in our general Terms and Conditions.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter to paying customers, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or for security sooner. Changes don't apply to runs that already happened. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current payment. If you keep using Loadout after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
